 to DSN 271-7190 (Offutt AFB, RF Orderwire Controller); they switch to freq

11220 kHz USB 1833z: HF-GCS Station "Offutt" wkg "Envelope" for phone patch 
 to DSN 271-7190 (Offutt AFB, RF Orderwire Controller "Protozoa"); Envelope 
is in  Station "Awareness"; told to go to Station "Eleanor"; Offutt cannot 
find  Envelope present in either station; gets analog link from Offutt for 
Eleanor;  will use Radio 2; Bravo is available. (08/Mar/2013) (ALS)
 
11220 kHz USB 1846z: HF-GCS Station "Offutt" wkg "Envelope" for phone patch 
 to DSN 271-7190 (Offutt AFB, RF Orderwire Controller "Protozoa"); Envelope 
is  not in Eleanor; is burning in station Awareness; Offutt advises they 
have  only one radio in Awareness and it is burning digital; will continue to 
look for  Envelope in station Eleanor. (08/Mar/2013) (ALS)
