[MilCom] 7461.4 US Military?

7461.4 has been active off & on today with at least two US Military 
stations (likely aircraft & ground station) passing status reports. Two 
stations have a word & two digit number as their call sign, but most 
transmissions have been very brief: 1655 USB voice (22/JUNE/2013) (JLM)
