[MilCom] MALA (E-6B) headed to Barksdale AFB

MALA (didn't catch the number) E-6B TACAMO from Tinker AFB is at 13,000 ft.
headed to Barksdale AFB.  Heard him calling RAYMOND 06 (Barksdale CP) on
311.0 and I have him on my Mode-S Box descending into Shreveport area at
this time.  Mode-S Hex Code is a generic 249249 so I'm not sure on the
aircraft BuNO.  Should be remaining overnight on the Alert Ramp at
Barksdale.
