The backup plane is probably C-32A 99-0004, and probably using SAM  44.

Air Force 1 is headed to Miami, and the backup plane has landed at  Patrick 
AFB.
Air Force 1 is 92-9000 per Craig's SBS in Orlando.
The backup plane is a heavy, but all I caught of the callsign was "SAM 4#."
