7895.0 Unid station up briefly in voice with a radio check.  This is a 
Mobile SESEF frequency used for ship testing by the USN.  Shortly after 
the voice call, ALE1, SHIP1 & SHIP2 went active in USB ALE calling each 
other.  I cycled a few times through the known SESEF freqs, but found no 
other frequencies active: 2000 USB voice & ALE (24/JULY/2013) (JLM)
