[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - QUICK LIME

     11175.0 was active at 0230z with QUICK LIME (good levels here) bcsting
a 28-character EAM (MFUOFU) and simulcasting same on at least 4724.0
(weak/readable) and 8992.0 (fair) with nothing heard on 15016.0. The audio
noise dropped at the 24 character of the first reading; and, the second
reading's audio was quieter and clearer. Similar on the 18 Jan 13. H+00/30
transmission window.
