On-going announcements on 156.8 and 157.0 regarding the vessel "Horizon  
Aphrodite." A security zone has been established around the vessel, located at 
 28-22.1 North, 80-27.0 West; 5 nautical miles east of the Port Canaveral 
Sea  Buoy,due to a hazardous condition aboard.
