     4724.0 was active at 0130z with [unable to understand the ID; ____IMP
or ?; good levels here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (MFOBGP) and
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak) and 11175.0 (strong levels but
went silent in mid string near end of xmsn) with nothing heard on
15016.00.  I suspect he's in the Texas gulf coast area.
