Can anyone in the (Cincinnati Dayton Area) tell me if they are aware of any
Military aviation related transmissions near 350MHz?
Especially AF-1 or 2 or looking glass I know they can use 1000 Watts in
this band. I have heard them as far away as Miami. I know WPAFB has some
kind of (looking glass)
dooms day plane. I think it flew on 9/11/2001.

But I don't remember the frequency pair of wideband FM and embedded
Sideband carriers being near 350. Seems like I remember 322, 382, 305 etc
if memory serves.
And I think this has become a backup system for the newer 747 AF-1

Nearest Airport is Hamilton, CVG and LUK too.. and WPAFB is 30miles or so
North. R5503 is out East.

We have been having a lot of trouble with a Ceiling Fan / lite combo being
activated at odd times. And the HVAC over christmas holidays.
Tonight it happened twice with the fan/light while someone was in the room.
For years this fan had no problems but in recent years has been happening
more and more.

We got AMR gas and electric power meters in July of 2011. But I think these
things are in the 902-928 region.
We have been having other problems with UPS's and possibly the HVAC control
board on a new Bryant furnace
Duke energy has a recording meter outside trying to help me find the
problem.
They say they didn't record anything for 2 events last night and this
morning.

I guess I could blow the dust off my R7000 and listen. Or I could watch the
grass grow. The Fan/Lite (Hunter?) remote control has 350MHz on the label.
But I would have to scan a swath of freqs near 350MHz. I don't think these
things need to have high freq stability.

Tonight I changed the code, each has 4 jumpers (thus just 16 unique codes).
Maybe it will stop.
