USCG Helo "CG Rescue 6022" has located the sailing vessel; no one is on
it. CG Cutter 45617 is with Sailing Vessel Gaya now, and CG Sector Jax
advises them "Do not take the vessel in tow."
Sector Jax on 157.15 is using vessel "Rhone Express" to relay comms to
CGC 45617. Asks if 45617 sees a small boat being towed by the Sailing
Vessel Gaya, and if there is a kayak on the front of the Gaya.
Also heard Customs "Omaha 13" hailing CGC 45617 on 156.8.

It sounds like it is his boat and he is the only one aboard.
The CG pleaded with him. Said he wanted them to contact his wife instead
and have her come out and get him. Implied it was because of concern for
the boat, so they said they would send a 45-ft vessel to recover the boat. I
have not heard if anyone else is aboard the boat, but the lack of
mentioning that suggests he is alone.

USCG Sector Jax in comms (157.15 MHz) with man on Sailing Vessel "Gaya"
who claims he is having heart attack. He has refused to be medivaced by
helo. A 45-ft USCG vessel is being sent from CG Station Canaveral. ETA is one
hour, 20 minutes.
