Just had a very interesting intercept from my favorite military satellites, TACSAT 4. I am starting to really like this thing, it is like the Santa Claus of satellites :). I just had about 20 minutes of communications from CANADA NORAD "SIDECAR" working fighters on what sounded like a air defense scramble. I did grab my phone and catch a few seconds of audio about when it was over.Great signals from the satellite even receiving this on a omni directional antenna. Should be great when I am able to get the Trivec AV-2011 on the tracking setup going. I encourage you guys to watch for TACSAT 4 passes and plug in 253.000 in your radios. I have heard some of the rarest and coolest bits that the satellite is relaying from ground stations and aircraft hundreds and thousands of miles away...short video below
