[MilCom] Knoxville TN SODA OPS/CTL

There was a change of notice freq in August of 2008 where they moved off
303.0 MHz. The first listing in the NOTAM/NFDD was for 303.250. That was an
error and two days later it was corrected to 303.025 MHz. That is the
current home of Soda Control.

I wonder if they meant 303.0 for Soda Control; that is how they always have
been posted.

Those of you in range of Knoxville TN can note two separate freqs for the
KC-135 unit. There was some confusion about the 303.25 and 303.025. It
appears that there are two separate legitimate freqs???
