[MilCom] Interesting sight over Lebanon OH

Seen a lot of that over here in west central Indiana.  What I usually observe would suggest
a higher altitude and several miles of separation, with two flying "in trail" and a third
slightly farther back and off to one side. When conditions are right, I can sometimes
see the a/c as VERY dark colored which I think would be fairly consistent with a large
cargo plane - C17, C5, something like that.

MOST but no all of the time, these flights are east-west or vice-versa from my
observations...............

On Thursday 14 FEB 2013 we were working out back on a new start-up and
happened to see a flight of 3 large aircraft making short contrails. They
were flying East over Lebanon, OH at 3:05p and were joined up too close to
be commercial. They had to be at 25000' at least.

The (3) Aircraft were in a kind of a single file formation of maybe 1/4
mile spacing or something. That was the weird part. Never seen that
before.  Big planes, probably fan-jets (not props), but too high to ID w/o
binoculars.

Anyone have a Mode-S transponder record or something that could ID these
Aircraft?

Regards!
