[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] P-8A "Talon 10" at Patrick AFB

"Talon 10," a VP-16 P-8A out of NAS Jacksonville is working the pattern at  
Patrick AFB, and about to RTB to NAS Jax. He is using VHF ATC freqs. This  
is the first time I have heard a P-8 use a definitive VP-16 callsign.
