[MilCom] Airforce1 - Departs to Africa in which aircraft....

The selcal came back to 92-9000, and the on-ground list of visitor aircraft 
also said 92-9000.  Looks like they changed their ICAO24 ID though, unless 
it was a one-time thing.

Quite a number of C-17's and other aircraft also there for support.
