[MilCom] Had PINON 72 chatting with GOPHER 72 a few ago on 251.9

...only one side of the conversation again and I saw nothing in my radius
as far as MODE-S goes. I'm not quite sure who GOPHER is\was but there's 2
listings from Ron Perron's list:

GOPHER C-130H 109th AS, MN ANG Minn-St Paul, MN
GOPHER   A-10A, 172nd AS/110th FW,Battle Creek MI-ANG
