[MilCom] SNIPER 15

I heard SNIPER 15 and play mate on 299.400 A/A the WX had W-122  out service
for them to work.
SNIPER 15 pushed GK on 251.600 and requested direct to Langley. They showed
up on Wash Center 269.150
heading to Langley AFB.
Now I'm use to hearing AV-8's on this freq from Cherry point. So are the
F-22's sharing the same freqs with USMC A/C
now? 
Any input from anyone on this? 
Call sign SNIPER F-22 71st/94th FS Langley AFB VA maybe?
