[MilCom] Hanscom AFB Departing Aircraft @ 2100 UTC

FIV706 departed Hanscom at 2105Z, it was a Citation X (C750).  It went to 
Detroit, so if it was headed SE out of Hanscom, it had to make a good turn 
and head north for a bit.
