[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SOFA BED

     11175.0 was active at 2136z with SOFA BED (good/strong levels here)
calling and raising MAINSAIL (now using the blanket ID "MAINSAIL") for a
phone patch to the common DSN number for the OFFUTT GEP coordinator (TEN
SPOT today).  Said to be on the 7B in TOADSTOOL(GEP) moving into UNWANTED
and burning RF18. TEN SPOT confirmed seeing him in UNWANTED.  SOFA BED
ended the patch and gone.
