[MilCom] Blue Angels Transiting

Blue Angel flight now switching to Ft. Worth Center on 132.45.  They were
refueling with KC-135R 62-3502 out of Altus AFB and are now requesting
direct Grand Junction.  They even formed up behind the tanker for a photo
with their smoke on before leaving!  Nice!
