[MilCom] Fwd: [ScanMarine] USN vessel entering Port Canaveral

USN vessel, possibly a submarine, is entering Port  Canaveral. 
   "Event Papa 1," a USN vessel, is up with "Pilot Boat" on 156.6  MHz 
reporting inbound.
   "Pilot Boat" informs the Captain: "Lines are set up. Lines 1  and 4 are 
set up for unassisted landings."
   Then "Pilot Boat" has comms with "Navy Dockmaster," informing  "We will 
do unassisted on South, then we are moving up to North on 2.
