     11175.0 was active at 0039z with REAL SILK (weak/fair) working FREE
HAND (weak to unheard) at the end of ANDVT comms.  By 0040z REAL SILK is at
strong levels here in comms with FREE HAND (mostly unheard). Connectivity
discussions.
