SAME 40 heavy currently being heard doing radio checks with about every available command post in the south east. He has called and made contact with a number so far.

He id'd as " SAME 40 heavy in your airspace transiting to pax river radio check"

He has called all of these and made contact. I wonder what his purpose for this is?
