Vessel "Twilight Rodeo II" is in comms with Sector  Jacksonville on Channel 
16 (156.8) re medical issues of  a female aboard the boat. They shift to 
Channel 22A  (157.1). Advises vessel to head to port. Asks if patient is 
conscious,  breathing, and asks about pulse. Asks if patient's eyes are dilated,  
reactive and if any medications have been administered to her. 
   Discussing whether to go to Port Canaveral or Ft Pierce. Asks  weather 
status in vicinity of vessel. 
   Tells Captain to call Sector Jax via satellite phone at  904/564-7511.
