[MilCom] 11175.0: MIL - ANDREWS & REAL SILK standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 2330z with ANDREWS (good levels here) bcsting a
32-character EAM (IOTPFY) and simulcasting same on at least 6739.0, 8992.0,
13200.0 and 15016.0 with nothing heard on 4724.0, and ending with the
"Standing by for Traffic" statement.

     15016.0 was active at 2340z with REAL SILK (good levels but with deep
fading) bcsting IOTPFY and ending with the "Standing by for traffic
statement.  Also heard on 11175.0 (weak/often unreadable) with nothing
heard on 8992.0 or 4724.0.  H-10/H+40 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.
