My mistake; of course it was Ellsworth AFB CP he was calling, not  Dyess.  
Thanks to Darryl Symington for calling it to my attention.

Correcting my posting:
 
13927 kHz USB 0008z "AFA5JC" (Beavercreek OH) wkg "Rama 11" (B-1B,  
Ellsworth AFB 28BW) over North Atlantic (50-02 North, 11-19 East) for phone  patch 
to  
DSN 675-1212, then 675-3800 (Ellsworth AFB Command Post)  reports AR is  
complete; 
Rama 11 is 215 on gas, Rama 12 is 207 on gas.  (31/May/2012) (ALS)
