Also up with Miami Ctr's 319.0. Mentioned going to a  radial/DME off 
Homestead ARB. One said he/they were "going to run  the IR-53." Callsign sounded 
like Tex 61 or Tech 61.
On 246.8: "Request to  take over Timber." 
          "We  are 70 miles from Key West."
           "Switching Timber to Plus 10."

Got same in Brooksville, heard them mention  something about seeing 
"friendlys" at Key West. I got them 5 by 5  here.
I kind of got the impression it may be  TACAMO...but just a guess.
