[MilCom] BLUE 01 Flight

Confirmed air to air activity on Coronet Kilo 322.8 and 343.1. Pilots 
have heavy accents, suspect German accents. Having trouble getting any 
callsigns. Signals are now strong, but the accents are making things 
difficult.
