10150.0 LOOKING GLASS & HEAD MASTER with radio checks (loud & clear for 
both).  HEAD MASTER had NBC-5 Exercise Message from WGY914 for station 
POKER FACE.  HEAD MASTER established comms with POKER FACE on 14484.0 
USB & then moved to 14876.0 USB for plain text data transmission 
(850/75R Baudot in USB mode).  Message was for a nuclear event with 
impacted areas relayed by geographic coordinates: 2018 - 2025 USB Voice 
& RTTY (15/MAY/2012) (JLM)
