[MilCom] Sailboat in trouble off San Francisco

At 0915 local on 5596 Kc Camspac Pt Reyes, USCSC Bertholf & 1703 all in 
comms about a sailboat in trouble at 36 06.6N,128 06.6N.  1703 reports 
"on top" ( of sailboat) winds NW @ 10 to 15, seas up to 10 meters.  
Local TV news reports sailboat go hit with a big wave, damaged her 
rudder and maybe 3 to 4 people hurt.
