13927 kHz USB 1858z: USAF MARS Operator "AFA9PF" (Los Angeles CA) then  
"AFA5YD" (West Point OH) wkg "Shadow 37" (Offutt acft) for phone patch to  
405/831-4696 (Tinker AFB "Opto"); requests to cancel AAR with 465ARS; Tinker  
says will ctct Shadow 37 on Preset 1 via Offutt acft that is on the  ground at 
Tinker because other circuits are down. (22/Mar/2012) (ALS).
