This is new P-8A #168428, currently  stationed with VP-30 at NAS 
Jacksonville. It is the first production P-8A  delivered to the Navy.
 
I heard him again today flying as "Lima Lima  428," taking a handoff from 
Miami Ctr's 126.95 to Miami Ctr's  132.15.
