[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Plane ID help needed

I am trying to identify the C-130 that was in my area on 2  March from 
9:30am to 10:30am (1430-1530z).
   He was flying under the callsign "____ 23"; and his nose/tail  number 
MIGHT end in "67."
