     11175.0 was active at 1447z with ANDREWS (fair/good levels here)
bcsting a 20-character EAM (2PEEXP) "FOR ACTIVE DUTY". Earlier at
1437z ANDREWS bcst a 6-character EAM (2PJXHS) "FOR BAT FISH, and prior
to that at 1427z ANDREWS bcst a 6-character EAM (2POE37) "FOR ENID".
Those were preceded by 6-character EAMs "FOR ACTIVE DUTY" and earlier
"FOR ENID" maybe on the same 10-minute cycle. And possible earlier
"FOR..." strings in the prior 2 or 3 hour window.  Quiet since the
20-character string at 1447z.
