[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Swift 68 message

   "Swift 68" in comms with MacDill AFB's "Lightning Ops" on  311.0 MHz.  
Self-IDd as "USAF C-21A." 
   Passed message: "Takeoff time 1642z. Notify Dyne Ops. Took off  from 
civilian field, so no departure message.  We are Mike-Echo-November.  D-O-V 
(Dee-Oh-Vee) home station."   
The only Dyne Ops I know of is the Dyncorp Operations for the  US State 
Dept Air Wing at Patrick AFB.
