[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - ALI BABA standing by for traffic

     8992.0 was active at 0010z with ALI BABA (fair levels here) bcsting
one 22-character EAM (PAUUA3) and two 28-character EAMs (PA536C; PA64A6)
with nothing heard on 4724.0, 11175.0 or 15016.0.  He ended his xmsn with
the "standing by for traffic" statement (2x) and gone.  Maybe up earlier at
0040z but very weak/unreadable. H+10/h+40 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.

     8992.0 and 11175.0 have been active with SKYMASTER activity, with most
activity weak/mostly unheard and SKYMASTER responses unheard to
weak/unreadable.  TRIO 31 at fair/good levels on 11175.0; CHOW ## (sounds
like) at fair levels on 8992.0 with an unusual 2 group set.
