[MilCom] Fwd: [HFmonitors] Civilian aircraft gets radio check on 11175 kHz

11175 kHz USB 0238z: HF-GCS Station "Puerto Rico" wkg "N323BD" (Gulfstream  
GV-SP) who asks for radio check before going oceanic; this is a civilian  
aircraft operated by Black & Decker. (12/Jun/2012) (ALS)  

This is the first time I heard a civilian aircraft not associated with a  
Militay mission in comms on 11175.
