11175 kHz USB 1255z: HF-GCS Station "Offutt" wkg "Reach 809"; they switch  
to freq 11220 kHz. (13/July/2012) (ALS).
 
 
11220 kHz USB 1256z: HF-GCS Station "Offutt" wkg "Reach 809"; phone patch  
to Scott AFB "Hilda Global TACC"; all parties loud and clear into my 
location;  809 cannot hear Hilda; they attempt secure comms; still unsuccessful.
