     SHOOTER 31 X2 (F/A-18) 285.55,354.05,299.2             381.9250 A/A   Had  a problem with Atlanta answering UHF again,went back to Memphis and ask for the supervisor and he made a phone call,Atlanta Center finally answered,Shooter had tried 5 times with no response,typical of that Atlanta Controller.
