For those who like to keep records of the handoff sequences, as I do, this  
is the sequence used by the 93FS F-16s today, flying from Avon Park Bombing 
 Range to Pinecastle Range:
 
319.000  Miami Ctr: "Level  360."
"Direct to  Pinecastle." 
"Switch to  239.25."
239.250  Miami Ctr @ WPB: Mako 11: "FL200". Switch  293.22."
293.225  Miami Ctr @ Vero.
256.875  Jax Ctr @ St  Augustine: Shark 22: "Push 289.2"
289.200  Sealord: Shark 22, Shark  23.
225.350  Pinecastle Range: "We are a flight of  four."
313.725  Pinecastle Range, Rodman Target.
