[MilCom] Fwd: [ScanMarine] Person overboard from "Carnival Fascination"

Cruise Ship "Carnival Fascination" is on 156.8 reporting to US "Coast Guard 
 Sector Jacksonville" that a man fell overboard at 0609z (0209 am EDT) at  
approximate position 28-56.19 North, 79-00.14 West.

Now Sector Jacksonville is in comms with "Coast Guard 620" (Coast Guard  
Cutter "Resolute") regarding the incident.
