   Comms with "Bulldog" and "STAR 1" (US Army  Common Ground Station).
   "Showing receptions in Slot 3 and Slot 5, some  encrypted."
   "Confirm you are seeing these RSRs?"
   Also secure comms on  355.25.
   Possibly related comms on 314.45.
