[MilCom] 7718.5 MO National Guard

7718.5 ECHO 1 ALPHA (E1A) calling & raising SIERRA CHARLIE CHARLIE (SCC) 
but no reply from JULIETTE OSCAR CHARLIE (JOC).  E1A & SCC have strong 
signals above the noise level.  JOC now heard calling F8W, good signals 
from both, but they can barely hear each other.  Switching antennas 
shortly: 2045 USB Voice (13/APR/2012) (JLM)
