LEGBOOT with a very broken EAM on 311.00 11:12 local, he was unkeying the microphone after some letters and was very hard to copy.

Second EAM from "Andrew" I think, this one at 11:18 local, 
first was YTLMFK, then  HG34GHYFSSBQUEBEC77PF also on 311.00
 
Also caught Ascot on 372,2 with Wright-Patt landed around 11:00, also a Sting F-16 operating at the Buckeye declared an emergency and landed at Rickenbacker around 10:30 local, engine overheat light.
