@ 23:27z Offutt begin working a PP for OZZY-468 attempting to contact Travis
AFB Command Post, OZZY was weak and unreadable; Offutt had them QSY to
13.200.00, Travis was still having trouble hearing OZZY so they QSY to
15.016.00; they were still not getting good copy on OZZY and Offutt relayed
to Travis they wanted ground handling and customs upon arrival. I was barely
hearing OZZY above the noise floor but unreadable. Offutt then had them QSY
to discrete frequency 11.220.00; OZZY is still not readable. Andrews then
attempts several times to contact OZZY-468 and finally tells OZZY you are
weak and unreadable.
