[MilCom] OTIS 31 Flight Northbound

[Mac McCormick III]

The flight is actually OTIS 31/32 plus 5 MV-22s.  I'm wondering if the 
OTIS 31/32 are the same KC-130s as OTIS 81 flight I heard going 
southbound yesterday?
