[MilCom] Scanner Forum at Peoria Superfest Sat. Sept. 17

I will conduct a Scanner Forum at Peoria Superfest Saturday, Sept. 17th.  This has become an annual event.

You have to buy a ticket to the hamfest to get in, but the Scanner Forum will be at either 1 pm or 2 pm.  Check the schedule when you arrive for the exact location and time.

The topics usually include recent P-25 developments (especially Starcom21), and Milcom and Fedcom topics.  Usually we have experts on all three topics there.  Discussions center on topics and questions from the attendees.

BTW, there are FCC Ham Radio exams that same day, from 11:30 to about 1 p.m.

For more specifics on the Scanner Forum, you may contact me direct at n9fam at comcast.net but BEFORE Saturday, as I will be busy working at the hamfest site all day Friday and Saturday, and may not check my email until evenings.  If need be, try my cell (309-369-7428), if I can hear it.

I can repeat the forum on Sunday, if there is enough interest.
