[MilCom] Pinion 92

Yesterday from about 5 to 5:20 PM I heard Pinion 92 on 251.9 talking to
MA or MOCK. Never heard the other side except for a second Raper 21.
Mentioned was 39.45º x 119.??º Someone called on guard (243.0) for
unknown rider in which Pinion 92 answered, he was told that he was in
the other guys space and to leave, at least that's what Pinion 92 told
MA or MOCK. I was on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa, Ca. The L/L is in Nevada.
Any ideas?
