[MilCom] Cobra01 IFE 262.0250Mhz

On 262.0250Mhz at 20:20 Zulu, Cobra01, F-22 out of Langley AFB, reporting
smoke in the cockpit while working the range off the coast of Virginia.
Cobra02 confirms trailing smoke from the cockpit. Cobra01 requesting to go
safe green below 10,000ft and vector for return to base. Also reporting he
may have to shut down an engine. No further comms.
