On 30 September, a ceremony was held dividing the 116th ACW at Robins
AFB into two wings instead of the previous blended wing; they are now
the 116th ACW (ANG) and 461st ACW (Active duty USAF). Earlier this
afternoon, I heard KOMODO 04 on 120.950 with SEALORD asking for
frequencies on which they could contact STEALTH (117th ACS); they were
given 364.200 and 355.325. Seconds later, NIGHTSTAR (E-8C backend) was
heard calling STEALTH on both frequencies. The 12th ACCS was one of the
original active duty USAF squadrons of the wing, so it seems that KOMODO
could be the new callsign for 461st ACW flights.
